That heat wave at the end of June literally cooked some of our berries but thanks to a lot of leaves, others managed to stay out of the sun and are just starting to ripen.
Cherries are first up with the currants right behind, so if you would like to order fresh fruit, please call the farm at 250-652-5227 to place an order. You can also find us at the Peninsula Country Market on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Saanich Fairgrounds.
