This Saturday’s market (9 to 1 at the Saanich Fairgrounds) will be your last chance to get fresh black currants, and we saved our biggest berries for last! Don’t worry, if you couldn’t make it out to the farm to get fresh berries we have filled the freezers and there should be plenty for the rest of the year.

We’ve been busy in the kitchen this week and we’ll have lots of our pure black currant concentrate and jam. We will also have fresh baking, including black currant scones and cherry pies.
