It’s officially berry season!

The weather has not been the most cooperative this year so it will likely be a short season for fresh berries. If you are interested, please call the farm ASAP to place an order.

We are picking a range of berries daily including: cherries (sweet and sour), strawberries, currants (black, red, white), gooseberries (red and green), and josta berries.

We have also just begun picking our Russian Red Garlic.

Please follow us on Instagram (@SilverRillBerry) for updates straight from the field.

Right now, you can find us twice a week at the Peninsula Country Market at the Saanich Fairgrounds. NEW this year, the market is running Wednesdays from 4 to 8 p.m. in July and August with a lineup of featured food trucks as well as your favourite farm girl. We are also at the Peninsula Country Market on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. until Thanksgiving weekend.

The farm is also open by appointment or if you’re in the area, look for the cherry signs. If you cannot make it out to the farm in the coming weeks, have no fear, we will have a supply of frozen berries available all year, along with our popular Black Currant Concentrate and a selection of jams and jellies.

Thank you for your continued support!
