While we’ve had some great weather, we’re still about two weeks away from picking our black currants, cherries and gooseberries. Red currants will be about three to four weeks. Generally we start picking black currants in mid-July and red currants closer to the end of the month. Cherries are usually on a similar timeline to black currants.
